How often do you withdraw?

Recently I have been doing relatively well as compared to the past several months. Mostly due to upping my stakes and getting some decent final table cashes.

Had my best cash in December which i immediately made withdraw. Then followed it up in January with my best cash again an immediate withdraw. Didn't withdraw more than I won but figured money in hand is better than money in my account as long as my BR stays in tact.

As I have withdrawn for January and have made another couple cashes i expect to withdraw next months too.
Whats other peoples practice or do other people have one?

I never withdraw. I've taken the stance that when my Bankroll grows, I'll move up in stakes and play higher buy-in tournaments. My goal is to consistently play high stake buy-in games and withdrawing will not allow me to grow my bankroll to that level...

I don't have any withdraw processing time.
