Admin's Bankroll Challenge! - [July Update]

I have been having some very bad runs so far in July. It seems like every tournament and Sit & Go I play ends with me being sucked out by a weaker hand. This has been the worst run that I've had so far since I started the 10k challenge, but one of the things that I've done to keep myself from going on tilt was create this poker site! As I write this, I'm $79.30 down for the month including cash games. (Down $11.07 in ring games) I've also managed to screen shot a couple of AA loses that can be enjoyed in the "I lost with AA" thread. Because of this sudden loss in my BR, I am close to being forced to move down the to a smaller level of play than the $5.50 level I'm playing at now. I also feel that I'm losing too much money too fast, so I've come up with a new system for my daily losses. My new strategy on daily losses will be to determine what a 2nd place win would be for a 9-man SNG at my level of play and that will be my daily loss maximum. In the case of a $5.50 SNG, 2nd place would be $13. On (somewhat) of a positive note, I did reach my BR high of $410.05 before I started down this terrible losing streak. I'd like to know what strategies people are using to deal with a really bad run at the tables...

It's not an official promotion or anything, but Full Tilt does discuss the Furg. challenge in great detail! Your post has inspired me to write an update for Dec...

EL,

I'm also adding you to the special events freeroll list! You took an interest in my challenge, when no one has in awhile...

Good luck tomorrow!
