You get points for every hand that earns rake that you are dealt in.
Other players see the flop, bet, pay rake, - then you and everyone dealt in that hand get points

You don't have to play rush! Only some of the hands earn points but you get dealt into so many hands this way that the points just race up
It will only cost you a few blinds

I played about an hour of NL5 rush to get 5pts.
NL50 takes like 2 hands.

My NL5 rush took 24 mins to get 5 points, I was playing pretty tightly (just for the points really, I don't like rush) but I was surprised that it took that long. I guess it depends how loose the other players are, who are on at the same time. I might try late evening because some of them may have been drinking
