We all know it is not your poker playin that lost your roll GG

It's simply that you put too much into one game and even the best players lose games

You have to limit yourself to a small percentage of your bankroll

If you limit yourself to 5% of your bankroll you have 20 chances.
But if you are not depositing and you really don't want to run the risk of losing your bankroll again, then you are better off being cautious and limiting yourself to 2% of your bankroll (50 buy-ins). Then, even if you lose 20 games (and it does happen) you will still have plenty of play left.

If you stick to this you will NEVER lose your bankroll again and it will quickly grow

i cant wait to get a new BR and adhere to this stuff. like i said before i tried it my way and that like everyone else didnt work. only 26 days to go to hit a freeroll or make another deposit
